Hello, recently my account "Drain" was closed.
I have no idea the reason(s) why it was closed and as far as I know I have not used any exploits or 3rd party programs such as hacks/bots.

I would love to see a staff reply so this missunderstanding can get solved.

Like I said in my previous post, I have not used any 3rd party programs.
So I dont understand why it would be banned or what made you think I used such things.

I would really like to resume leveling my character.

So it seems like theres hundreds of these threads since launch. What happens when somebody is banned but never actually hacked or exploited anything? Is there some way to appeal. What protection is there for the player that actually didnt cheat?

If you play the game legitimately, you will never get banned.

Banned, not suspended. To clarify, a suspension is temporary with a timer(typically 1-3 days), a ban is permanent. I messaged String in regards to this.

Hmm, okay. Any chance that you can reveal how long the suspension lasts for?

Kraft clarified that your account was banned. This means you will never get to play with that account again.
