Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Heya! I noticed my sword, namely Vanquisher's Sword, has lost a few dps. It used to be 30 dps with 86 top damage. But now it has 26.6 dps and 76 top damage.

Not sure if this has happened to anyone else or if its a common issue, I tired relogging but nothing has changed.

The most probable hypothesis is it had post-1.4 stats that were fixed by the staff afterwards.

According to Vanilla DB and from what I can remember it used to be 30 dps tho, but i (and vanilla DB) could of course be wrong.

Vanilla DB isn't pre 1.4

Patch 1.4 is on 5 May 2005 according tot vanilla wikia

So this was patched pre 1.4?

Tip: You can search any item on web.archive by just changing the item id in the link and checking the dates of the snapshots

ah found it, it was upgraded in patch 1.3 and therefore should do 30dps and should be rare

Vanquisher's Sword and Amberglow Talisman, the rewards for the quests Bring the Light (Alliance) and Bring the End (Horde), have been upgraded to be rare instead of uncommon.

Hm, well if its supposed to be 26 dps it should be green then, which it is not!
