[DROP RATE] Rend swords

Rend has a 100% chance to drop one of the swords:

Dal'Rend's Tribal Guardian (http://web.archive.org/web/200502222247 ... item=12939)

I'm sure the drop chance is bugged. Please fix.

Did around twenty runs and would agree but no real testing on big samples done
