F - Account closure / permanent ban

A Ban is permanent. Only in rare cases will a ban be revoked.

1) GM was said /w me ingame before ban - "we put some sanctions next time permament ban"
2) reason for the my ban is "C" • Some bug abuse

So what i can do for apeal or its impossible?

If you visit the link in my post you'll see this.

C - Account interruption for 3 hours : Given to player who had already received a warning. It is used to reinforce warnings and to sanction a violation of the rules.

A class "C" ban means you will not be able to play for 3 hours. Your ban happened yesterday so you should have access now.
