[Solved] Unable to obtain the quest "Commander Gor'shak"

Even though I meet the level requirement and completed the prerequisite "Disharmony of Flame" I'm still not able to obtain the quest "Commander Gor'shak" from Galamav the Marksman in Kargath.
Any help is appreciated.

After also completing the follow up to "Disharmony of Flame" - "Disharmony of Fire" I was finally able to obtain the quest.
As above sources only mention the first quest as a prerequisite I'm not sure if this is a bug or those sources are just inaccurate.

Well i've juste don the first step (Disharmony of flame) and i'm not able to take the quest Commander Gor'from the npc in Kargath (Galaman the Marksman) as a lvl 56 troll priest. Sources on Dbvanilla and other mention that only first step is needed (cause second is already in BRD so it oblige you to go several times if you wanna complete all quests here). Probably a bug !
