Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hello first post on the forum, i installed game just fine but it seems choppy as i run or move. Its like things stutter as i pass them or turn my camera. This isnt a FPS problem, when i turn vsync off im over 300 fps in the starting zone lol. (tho i run with vsync enabled, the chop is there either way).

What could be causing this? I have a 2500k cpu and gtx 760 gpu just for reference. Only thing ive changed in game is resolution to 1920x1080.

It is really keeping me from enjoying this server, its very noticeable ive tried as many different video settings as possible and the stutter is still there.

Any help really appreciated.
