Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Curently I am unable to login and continuously get stuck at the "Connecting" phase, I havent seen any similar posts so I can only assume that the server is up and this problem only affects me. Does anyone have any advice?

Have you had a chance to review Diametra's thread regarding connection problems?

I would start by verifying that your realmlist.wtf file in your WoW directory is set to

Were you ever able to connect and what's the Realm name at the bottom right when you open the WoW Client?

Hey thanks for the reply, yeah I am level 58 I havent logged in for a few days however and upon return ive run into this issue :S I am using a different connection now and it could be possible the port the server operates on is blocked

Yeah, sounds about right. If you have the option to than try briefly on a known good connection or VPN to verify.

You're not alone. I too am getting the same error. I can connect but then I am immediately disconnected. I believe the queue server is a bit overworked at the moment... it being a 3 day weekend for many.

I don't think it's the server, otherwise more people would be reporting issues connecting.

Did you have the opportunity to change your connection or try a VPN to test? If nothing has changed with your WoW install than it sounds like PC or Network Firewall.

What is the Realm name at the bottom right when you open WoW?

I've got the same problem, connected/disconnected instantly and a few bugs when Im on the game (fly disappear, big lag..) Well the long week end might be an answer, but now I can't play since this morning.
