This should not be in the game, rogues are one shotting casters, and overall are just stupid broken with the gear available (to casters).

Yes sure, after we've spent at least 15g on the book, if not more. Unless if thats refunded as well i do not support this, it's barely a 100 dmg difference which isn't game breaking to cause ''one shotting'' as you call it. You would still receive similar hit from previous rank.

The issue doesn't come from the Rank IX imo (altough it doesn't help), but from the AP scaling itself.

Urgent fix needed.

Add in the talents for eviscerate and you'll quickly realize its much more than 100 dmg.

yea its pretty shitty getting one shot by a rogue in its first cheap shot
