Hello. Today my frien's account was banned cauze of some kinde of mistake of anticheat we think. We were in blasted lans and some horde hlvl warlock was ganking. When my friend went on teleporting rune on the ground (teleports u on the top of mountain ) he was killed by this warlock and he didnt teleport to top, his body were in air right up this rune...after ress he was disconnected and after logged on i cuoldnt see him moving , i just saw him standing on dissconnect spot, but he was moving in real. Then few more disconnects and then banned....we dont use any bugs or cheats i'm sure u can check it.

Be patient , staff member will reply here and try to help you. Better yet try PM'ing one of the staff members who post here (like "String," yes thats his name) about your account situation.

You could also try talking to Daemon or Viper (admins) but they're probably backed up with tons of messages.

Already have done. One gm sayed its personal ban from Viper. But we still dont know why! Asked Viper in PM so waiting answer

So all my PMs were read, but no response...mb admins are too busy , or mb they dont wana answer cauze think like: "ohh if i banned him so i had a reasons and dont want to go look what was that, i can"t make mistakes"

if so -> ban my acc too cauze we did all tohether, we play together and if u think we did smth wrong so we did it together why am i not banned?

Jesus it hurts to read this shit, I though all EU kids were required to learn multiple languages, why is their English so shitty?
