Hello.
This is all on my character Demonicorc, an orc warlock.
The server crashed today, just after I'd looted the quest item Arugal's Head, from the corpse of Archmage Arugal, the final boss in the instance Shadowfang Keep for the quest Arugal Must Die. With this being my second attempt two days running trying to do this one quest, I really do not want to do the entire instance all over again for a third time.
Also, immediately prior to this boss, we killed Wolfmaster Nandos, who dropped Feline Mantle. However we all died, and the final person to roll on this item rolled either whilst dead or after releasing spirit. I was told that I had won the roll. However a couple of minutes later after we finally got back, when I tried to loot the item, I was greeted with the error message "That item is still being rolled for". Even after changing the loot rules to Free-For-All, the same error message greeted me (although I was able to select whether to agree to loot it after being told it was a BOP item). Even after being in and out combat, same thing happened. Of course after the server crash, the mob's corpse had despawned.
If possible, I would like these two items restored to my character. If this is the wrong place to request item restoration then I apologise, and would appreciate if I could be pointed in the right direction.

P.S. Does the in-game ticket system send a ticket to the Nostalrius team or Blizzard? All the help articles in-game point to Blizzard WoW websites, so I am unsure whether to use the ticket system or not.
