Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Not sure if it is every class, but whenever you fear a caster, mage, druid, shaman, etc with Intimidating shout, it should be a heartbeat thing, not after a cast goes off. I've been hit with cone of cold, frostbolts and novas when I've feared before the actual cast.

Same goes with charge/intercept, noticed it very frequently with polymorph still going off after intercept has applied the stun to the target.

I have never gotten a spell off after getting feared and my casting does get interrupted.
