Greetings, I'd like to first say that I have been excited about Nostalrius from the day I heard about it. I waited, and upon release I could not play for about 5 days until the verification email problem was fixed. I still remained optimistic and excited. On my journeys through Nostalrius I have encountered many bugs, and reported many bugs. I understand that is a part of any game, and a great obstacle for GM's to overcome. However in my time here I have been a part of at least 7 tickets, and a ton of waiting. Not a single one of my tickets have met responses and I have been forced to move on sadly. The main reason for this post is to ask whether or not there is any reason in waiting, or looking forward to help, and if not, then why? If you are so short on GM's that you can't reply to a ticket why not get more? Or if you are supposed to have enough to deal with these kinds of issues, what are they doing that they are not?
