Account closed ?!?

My character name is Orora (alliance) and acc name Lafiel11
How it happened : I am in Duskwood (somewhere around sven) and use Hearthstone - I get ported back (my friend Bexlyton waiting for me) and I'm at the inn ,but I see no characters (my hero icon is gone as well) few moments later I'm back at the place I used my HS.
I get disconnected and I thought at first " server dc/crash " ,then log in.I'm still at sven's place,use hs again and still happens the same.
I try logging in and Your account is disabled blabla message appears.
Is this a bug or I can't play my mage anymore?
The HS porting bug is not the first time I see it. Yesterday my friend Bexlyton and I were doing redridge elite quest (mob in keep).He ports back to Lakeshire with HS ,but to me his body stays at the place where we were.So I'm waiting for him to port back ( In case someone interrupted him,he was lowhealth low mana) and after a minute of waiting he told me he is already in Lakeshire! And on top of it he got disconnected as well.
But to me his character was right next to me in the keep. I could buff him as well.
So please fix it...I enjoy playing in this server with my friend and this kinda rekt' me.
