Cannot unlearn Armorsmithing

I had a ticket open for 6 hours to no avail, so hopefully someone on the forums has a solution.

In Ironforge, I am attempting to Unlearn Armothing by speaking to the armorsmithing trainer and following the dialogue. When I get to the last page where the option is, "I want to unlearn armorsmithing specialization." I receive the error: "You can't do that right now." in red across the middle of my screen. I have tried all sorts of little fixes like relogging, sitting down, moving items around in my bags, etc...

Any help would be wonderful. Armorsmithing is pretty lame when I could be making giant hammers.

I have had multiple GM tickets open for 5+ hours each... Please any help?
