"Death From Bellow" quest bugged

Location: Arathi Highlands
Objective: Protect Shakes O' Breen during the attack.
Issue description:
As soon as quest is accepted, Shakes says: "(Orcish) Kaz ogg thok ogar ogg kaz nogah Ha gi il zug tago g nogah gi nogu gezzno il mog ag gi maza makogg maza." And nothing happens afterwards. Several waves of Naga should start attacking the shore. When spoken to NPC, player has already possibility to choose the reward, whilst question mark above NPC is still white. Yet, quest cannot be completed anyhow.
Please investigate this matter further.
