I was playing the game earlier today and suddenly got disconnected. When I tried to log back in I got this screen I http://i.imgur.com/5ykfaFm.jpg. "Unable to Connect".
I read through most of the support forum topics and there was nothing about solving this issue.
I created a new account and was able to log in fine. I would really appreciate if anyone knows how to fix this, so I don't have to abandon the account that I already put a decent amount of time into.
