Why dose GM not answer private message ?

got banned without any message, it was Igen that banned me, and i have been trying to reach him via PM, but he does not answer, want to talk to him about the ban.

My friend was also ban for no reason, without any warnings. Not only did they ban his character, but they ban his entire account, thus breaking their own written Terms of Service.
The GMs don't care about you. They don't care about us.

Possession of an item(s) obtained with illegal methods: didn't do that
Advertising for other private servers, didn't do that
Creation of another account to bypass a sanction applied on the first one (except for permanent ban), didn't do that
Publishing a software, methods or articles on cheating which can be applied on the server, didn't do that
Revealing the identity of a Nostalrius Begins staff member, didn't do that
Selling/Buying an account, golds, services or items for real money, didn't do that
Account hacking, didn't do that
Client's modification (libraries, executables, MPQ, etc.), didn't do that
Any attempt to bribe a staff member to gain an in-game advantage, didn't do that
Organized killing for farming rank and/or honor, didn't do that
Multi-account which strikes a blow to players, didn't do that
Abuse of in-game bugs, didn't do that
Using bots. didn't do that
Hacking. didn't do that
so what is it really "igen" ?

F - Account closure / permanent ban : Most serious sanction. Permanent ban are rare but definitive.
Examples :
Possession of an item(s) obtained with illegal methods
Advertising for other private servers,
Creation of another account to bypass a sanction applied on the first one (except for permanent ban),
Publishing a software, methods or articles on cheating which can be applied on the server,
Revealing the identity of a Nostalrius Begins staff member,
Selling/Buying an account, golds, services or items for real money,
Account hacking,
Client's modification (libraries, executables, MPQ, etc.),
Any attempt to bribe a staff member to gain an in-game advantage,

Can you actually explain to the guy what he did wrong instead of just copy and pasting the rules? Game Masters need to act more professional than this.
