Account Hacked?

I tried to log in on my account yesterday after getting kicked off of it and couldnt log in again. My character name is Sysofadown im a level 40 Warlock. Is it a bug or did my account get Hacked, and do i have a chance of getting it back?

no I didnt. I was standing in Ironforge and then got DC'ed. WHen i tried to login again i couldn't.

i quickly made a character on another account to see if my character was logged in. and it was. It stood on stranglethorn vale

well viper I didnt make any arrangements regarding my account. I honestly don't know what you're talking about and would really like an answer....

Did you share the account with your brother or some friends? Someone must know your login credentials for sure.

Forget about your account, administrator wont help you. My account got hacked, and I provided them all info, my account name on forums was same as one in game, my email had aswell "stegic" in it, I sent them screenshots of me playing character. And all I asked for was to get password reset on email, for 2 of my accounts, "stegic" as a main account, and "stegic1" as bank account. After they told me to wait 7 days for password reset procedure, they only reseted my bank account, which had all characters deleted. They didnt want to reset main account since it was still "active". I got answered no matter how many proofs I give them, they wont help me. I even had a screenshots of chat with my character, where guy wrote he bought account. I asked Admin if that can help, and he said It can help to Perm ban my account. Since I rly didnt want to do that, I asked if I can wait for a hacker to go on vacation or something, since its summer, and when account isnt logged for 7 days, they could do password reset procedure. Then he answered they dont reset password at all for hacked accounts. So at the end, I gave them screenshots, and I perma banned my own account. Pretty ironic, isnt it?

So dear players, protect your passwords , and never download from strange links since you can get keyloger as I did. If that happens to you, your accounts is lost. Email has no use on this server if you get hacked, its just an empty gap you filled with. Hackers are free to hack here, and If they dont talk about it ingame, they cant even get banned, since real owner has no proofs against them. And they can keep playing on something you worked for hard for months.... Welcome to Nostalrius Begins!
