Of course you can. Just have seperate accounts and you are good. Dont powerlevel him though or /follow level and you will be good

Yes, just be sure to not /follow on either toon and make it known by evidence that it is two different people playing. One PC could use a VPN while the other doesn't to alleviate the suspicion of dual-boxing.

You just said "Don't power level him through" I don't see anything against helping someone on a higher level toon. Multi-box is illegal except if you're on a 2nd account for Profession/Bank regards. Power leveling someone that's playing on a separate computer is fine. Show me your source of what you wrote.

you are NOT allowed to level yourself with another account.
you CAN however powerlevel your friend or something if you are both playing on seperate account/computers

You are able to tap level your friend out in the world, as long as you are not dual boxing. In an instance, tap leveling is not allowed.

Where's the source regarding your post of "Power leveling in a instance is not allowed" This was allowed in retail WoW, Hobbs a known paladin from around BC time made tons of videos and was very popular from power leveling hundreds of low level people through SM and Shadowfang Keep.

"How about multi-boxing and bots ?
You're not allowed to use any form of program to control multiple characters at once. We only allow 2 characters online simultaneously for professions (not involving any kind of farming) and banking items (e.g creating an item and/or inserting an item). This means you cannot /follow or level 2 characters at once. This will result in a ban of one of the two, and if repeated, both. It is also not a problem if you are, for instance, three family members in the same house, playing at the same time. Each multi-box case will be judged individually, so don't worry if you're not doing anything wrong. What you can't do, is PvP with multiple characters, Dungeon with multiple characters, Raid with multiple characters, etc."

This states that you cannot MULTI-BOX in a dungeon. This does not mean he cannot run his friend through a dungeon with a higher level character. That would be absurd. If that was the case, then half the server would be gone by helping their friends.

Ive read a ton of ban reports of people getting banned for leveling their friends. I think its allowed, but several bans say otherwise.

The terms say, if you're not multi-boxing then you're fine. If you're on your 60 and they're on their own account. Then "so don't worry if you're not doing anything wrong"

Most of those bans are because they were playing both accounts on the same computer.
