There are no transfers from other servers. Everyone gets a fresh start coming to Nostalrius. We see this as a good thing because we want players to play the game as it was intended and enjoy the content the developers have painstakingly recreated, not just skip everything. We have a server full of low level adventurers questing in every zone, along with doing every dungeon... and killing each other. We're happy with this.

Remember that you do not have to race or compete. You can level at your own pace and do tiers at your own pace. There will never be a BC patch to abruptly take away the Classic experience.
