ACC Banned.

Hey my account name klein111miranda was muted 48 hrs yesterday following a permanent ban for racism without any warnings or suspension can i know why i was banned while being muted. i didnt do anything wrong that would break the rules while i was muted, please can you unban me i have put so much effort and time on my main:(
