First Mate Hat (http://www.wowhead.com/item=2955/first-mate-hat) is supposed to be one of the rarest items in the game, with a 1 in 10,000 drop rate (http://www.wowwiki.com/First_Mate_Hat), yet many people have it and it is on the AH for a disappointing 1G 40S. Please fix the drop rate.
