Off to a bad start

I just joined the server today and was eager to play and already spent a few hours leveling and questing. My brother also started today and I was going to move our characters to keep us together.

Silly me, I'm used to playing on other servers where you are allowed to box 1 other account...so I obviously didn't read the fine print here. Now neither account will connect. Are we both perma-banned already on day 1 for this?

Neither of these accounts have ever been banned. I suggest you read the sticky threads regarding connection issues.
