Extracting files

Hi,
I wanted to join the community, but when extracting the files, only 3 files appear, and the .exe file seems to miss.
How can I solve this problem?

Yes, I did.

When extracting (Step 2), Wow-1.12.1Setup.exe can't be extracted. Error.
