Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hello. I've had some items lost in rollbacks before, but there was a particularly rare one that I just recently lost. I was wondering if it could be recovered possibly. This is a rare item drop (18.18% according to atlasloot) on a rare NPC in Stormwind Stockades, and being a horde player, you can see how much of an achievement it would be to obtain such an item. The item was Iron Knuckles from Breugal Ironknuckle. Luckily a guildmate managed to get the drop and disconnect on video (which can be viewed here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fxmRayX7dEw).
