Ban Appeal

I was grinding at The Circle of East Binding on Elementals
Bluewyrm comes up and says, "Greeting, Rannulf"
Then says, "Rannulf? You there?"

I didn't respond because I didn't want to, is that against the rules..
Then I was banned.
Thanks GMs.

Is there any way to get this ban removed?
I was level 38 and at like 90%, I really would like to continue playing on this amazing server, but if I'm going to be banned for not talking..

You were permanently banned for botting. I myself feel it's a bit strange, when a GM appears, you totally ignore him, and you actually was found guilty botting. Anyway, your ban is sadly not to be reduced, therefore your ban appeal is denied and will be locked.
However, you're more than welcome to make a new account & stay with us! Just avoid trouble this time
