You would need everyone in the raid ID in your in game ticket and a screenshot of the item dropped. Other than that, there is no way to prove it dropped.

IV - Items refunds

If a server crash occurs, epic raid-related items can be restored, providing a message is sent to us which fulfills the following conditions:

Screenshot of the loot & Full list of raid members
Screenshot of the raid ID
Exact date of the raid
Name of the player who was supposed to receive the item
