by Gurtash » Sun Apr 12, 2015 10:56 pm

Hello, I am steve and here is my story.
During today's MC raid the warlock shoulders, Felheart Shoulder Pads dropped and was looted to me
shortly after that a crash happened and when I came back on the shoulders were gone

here are two screenshots of me receiving the shoulders

Image

item was looted around 19:38 servertime

is there a possibility that I could get the shoulders refunded to me

Raid date was the 12/4/2015

Thanks in advance — Steve

Is this in the right section? If not could someone point me to a place where this would get looked over by the right people? I've had two GMs direct me to post here and so far it seems like nobody wants to know.
I'd like some closure on this matter regardless of whether or not this evidence is sufficient to have the shoulders returned or if I have to discuss my standing with my guild.

thanks again

Hey, Steve again.
It's been just over a week since I initially lost the item and made this thread so far I've made several tickets in-game and sent off a number of pms(as prompted by the gms answering my tickets) and so far all I have to show for this is a random, unrelated forum goer telling me to wait.
Have I done something wrong? Have I offended you in some way? I'm certain that it wouldn't take more than a few minutes out of your day to simply look over the thread and spout out a simple "yes" or "no"

Still waiting
