Reroll yesterday bugged my quest in BRD

Hello dear Nostalrius GM's. Yesterday I went to BRD to complete my quest to get the Eye of Orgrimmar ring (quest at last boss). We did the quest perfectly and everything went smooth until I got to Orgrimmar and the server dc'ed, which brought me back to BRD, but this time the Emperor was gone and the Princess was hostile and not friendly (not interactable) so I couldn't complete my quest again. I then waited over an hour for a GM to come online who could fix the issue, but I had to go. I had a conversation with another GM who told me to write here. I attached a picture, so it maybe makes more sense what happened.

I was wondering if you could grant me completion of the quest as I needed to speak to the Princess in order to get on to the next step where I had to talk to Thrall (I already was on this step before the reroll) OR do I need to complete the entire instance again?

Doing an emperor run is probably your best bet.
