That is not an issue that the staff will handle. Unless he was impersonating a staff member.

You can open an in-game ticket to see if a GM can help you, but depending on the circumstances, they might not be able to do anything about it. To open a ticket, click the "Help" button (Red "?" mark) in your UI and select "Character Stuck; Page a GM." This will let you open a ticket where you can explain your situation and see if a GM can assist you.
