Didnt receive my Black Dragonflight Molt.

Completed the quest "trinkets..." but I didn't recieve my "Black Dragonflight Molt" from "Hoard of the Black Dragonflight" so I made a ticket and talked to GM Aerbax and he told me to make a post about it on the support forums to see if anyone else had this issue but he wasn't able to give the item to me since his GM rank wasnt high enough.

The cache you receive from that quest only has 89% chance of containing the molt. You need to go talk to Cyrus Therepentous (in a cave on the NE part of Searing Gorge), he will summon a dragon that has 100% drop chance.

Hi.. Regarding the quest mentioned above, i completed the chain in searing gorge "trinkets" as well, and i didnt get the Molt from the cache. I went to Cyrus Therepentous in the cave, but all he has is the quest "A Taste of Flame". I cant submit it since i dont have the Molt, and also he wont summon the dragon. Help?

Had to exact same problem as the above user. Didn't receive the Black Dragonflight Molt from the cache, went to Cyrus in Burning Steppes and he only had a quest for me called "A Taste of Flame," which I can't complete because I don't have the Molt. What's the problem?
