Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Keybinds and Interface settings now saving anytime I logout / server crash / or hit /reload

Tried:
City logout
Out of city logout
Forced Quit
Installing new WTF folder from a newly downloaded client.

Suggestions?
Should I just install a new game from scratch?

Have you tried running the client as admin? Some security settings in some windows installations cause this issue.
