Domo Not here after Soft Reset

Domo currently missing from Rag's lair even though he was killed last night. Bugged after the soft reset. I remember a particular patch in retail vanilla where this happened. Any GM's online to assist?

He wont be in Rag's lair, he would be in his normal spot.
