Frost Ward Removed - No reimbursement?

So I saw that you had removed rank 9 Eviscerate and reimbursed rogues with the 10 gold that it cost to relearn rank 1 through 8.

And then I log into my mage and see that you've also removed Frost Ward rank 5 (or 6 or whatever) however, I have been given no reimbursement? Those spells costs a lot of gold, how come we weren't given a reimbursement but rogues were?
