Nissy ban

Hello. According to your response, my friend "Nissy" was banned for staff impersonation. From what I know, all he had was a character named "Nostalrius" that he used as a bank character. As far as I know he did not use it for any other purpose. He told me that he wasn't aware that by doing this he is breaking any rules nor he received a warning. I'd like to ask on his behalf if there is any way to unban his account.

O.o I just saw the screenshot. This is kinda interesting to see as he doesn't speak English very well lol. I am not sure what's going on. Anyway, thanks for your information. One last thing, can you check if there was someone with the same name who deleted the character before Nissy created this one?

If you can't see the obvious dot over the i in Nostalrius you need to get your eyesight checked.
Incase you still don't see it, I've outlined it for you:

There is absolutely no way that he did all of this. He told me that he also received the same letter asking for 7g and he returned it. I'd like to ask you to take a look at what is happening.

And yes, the letter "i" is different so you've made a mistake. I hope everything gets fixed soon.
