So I loged this morning and my eviscerate was rank 1, so I had to go learn to rank 8 again.. wasted like 6g and lost my rank9 ( from the book manual of eviscerate ). Any chance you can restore the book please?

You got money to pay for the Rank 2-8 you had to buy again.
The book will be back in game when it will fit the Timeline (patch 1.9), and it's probable you'll have it automatically learned if you already had it prior to last restart.
