account still banned

Hello,

everytime when i try to log into my account it says "unable to connect".
When i try it a second time it says that this account has been closed and is no longer available for use.

A GM said that my account is not banned and he thought that there is a problem with my password and i should write an email. For about 3-4 days now, i didnt get any reply from that email, the GM is not answering me and my problem still exists, 5-6 days now.

i dont know what to do and my question is:
Is it that hard to fix this problem? why do i have to wait as long for getting any help about my problem? so please i just want to be able to login again...

and btw, i cant login with any account of mine, even if i create a new one its not possible, the same problem appears.

I think the message "account closed" occurs if you repeatedly try to login without connecting. They said in a post before that it's to prevent keyloggers and hackers. So I don't think your acc is banned. Just having connection issues.

yes i know that my account is not banned, because a GM told me.
but i still cant login and i need GMs/staff members to solve my problem and im waiting now about 5 days for it and want now that anyone of them help me with it, i feel like they dont care about it.
i messaged 2 GMs, wrote an email, made 2 posts and there is still no help...

It's most likely a client side issue then. Have you checked out https://forum.nostalrius.org/viewtopic.php?f=45&t=5359 and done everything?

at first thank you for trying to help me.
i have checked those things but it couldnt be the most of them because i was online with this account, 6 days ago..
ive done the other things too.
A GM said that its probably a problem with the password and i should write an email to request a reset, ive done that too but from that email i dont get any reply, 3-4 days now...

Ah, I'm not too sure then. Didn't know that you were online before. Seems like a weird issue then. good luck though!

Are you sure you're loggin' in with the right information? - As it looks like your account is getting locked when you try to log in, and that means you're making too many wrong attempts.
If you can't remember your password, please contact one of our administrators, but keep in mind they're very busy.

im logging in with the right information, because i tried it on another account and the same problem appears.
and i dont need many attempts because when i try to log in one time it says unable to connect and second time that this account has been closed, everytime, for 6 days now so there is a problem i cant solve by myself

Maybe its an addon problem? did u get any new addons from weird sites? Delete your addon foldeer an try again () save the folder on desktop first)

This account(and IP) still does not have any bans on it. I can prove this to the user via PM if they wish. I honestly do not know why he/she can't connect.
