How about multi-boxing and bots ?
You're not allowed to use any form of program to control multiple characters at once. We only allow 2 characters online simultaneously for professions (not involving any kind of farming) and banking items (e.g creating an item and/or inserting an item). This means you cannot /follow or level 2 characters at once. This will result in a ban of one of the two, and if repeated, both. It is also not a problem if you are, for instance, three family members in the same house, playing at the same time. Each multi-box case will be judged individually, so don't worry if you're not doing anything wrong. What you can't do, is PvP with multiple characters, Dungeon with multiple characters, Raid with multiple characters, etc.

If you weren't banking, enchanting, making an item, etc, then you were multiboxing against the rules. I.E. you cannot be in flight on one account and quest on another, you cannot be in a battleground on one account whilst herbing on another, etc. The only time it is okay to be logged in two accounts at one time is when you are trading items to bank, enchanting the other account, making an item for that other account, etc.

FYI: You'r also allowed to wait for BG que on one account and lvle an alt on another account.
