Epic item disappear

Hello,

I post this new topic because a loot got bugged while the need/greed time. It's a ring epic lvl 41 who gives armor. The 5th guy voted but he doesn't appeared and the body loot was gone so i never get the item.

Here is a screen to show my honesty :

We can see we are 4 to act, but Shazra the warrior on the screen did greed, but it never appears, and the mob with the loot just insta depoped.

You can ask in game the party member for this bug. Thanks and i hope i will get this ring

Open a ticket in game and use the "stuck" option to talk with a GM. Be sure to have a link to the image in your report.
