Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

A couple of weeks ago my friend was permanently ban with no reason given, and no confrontation of a GM. He was playing one minute, and perma-ban the next.

Account name is "Leyf2", character at the time was "Canok" 22-24 Mage, I can't remember exactly.
I made an appeal a few weeks ago and got 0 response from the administration as to why he was ban. I am creating this thread for him because he doesn't care enough to do it himself.

If my friend was caught breaking the rules, I hope the GM's can provide some evidence as to their claim. If not, then I sincerely hope you will unban the account as banning on pure suspicion is a dangerous practice in such a popular community.

I will not be responding to the server hundred shit-posts I will receive from community members. I will happily respond and discuss this ban with any Nostralius Staff member.

You have some really horrible friends if they keep making you go to the forums to appeal their case. If it was me I would be like, "No. I'm not going on the forums to appeal your ban. Go do it yourself."

But I suspect you have no friends playing with you. This is a story to cover up the fact that you keep breaking the rules.

Sorry for the late response, we're just very busy right now.
The mentioned account of your friend, was banned 2015-04-07 because of botting, which were confirmed. We do not tolerate botting in any way, so the account will remain banned and there is no point in doing an appeal.
Tell your friend, he's more than welcome to make a new account and continue to play, but tell him to avoid trouble.

WREKT! Well played.

My question is WHY are they allowed to make another account and join Nos after being a confirmed CHEATER? Shouldn't they receive an IP perma ban?? We don't need/want players like this.

The first permanently ban should be enough for most people to reconsider their situation and stop.
If we see a ban linked to another (ip-wise,) or the same person is receiving multiple chances, then an IP ban is handed out.

Thank you guys for getting back to me. Everything I know about my buddy tells me there's no way he botted, but I'll have a talk with him if you guys are CERTAIN he was botting. As for making another account, I'll suggest that as well. We read in the ToS that making an account to avoid a ban was just another perma-ban..

To everyone else in this thread, it's sad, and amazing to me, that none of you have friends that you play games with.
