Character Disappear(get deleted?)

When I logged on the account, its gone(deleted) by someone. How could I get my character back?

Sadly, we do not offer restoration of characters yet. I suggest changing password & never give account information out, so this will be prevented. Sorry for your loss.

It would seem like characters account was compromised... But if it was not?
Metzu, do you and/or the staff have logs for these types of events?
I figure it would be helpful for cases such as this if it the persons gets to know if the account was compromised, or if it's something else weird.
