Can't log in.

I'm trying to log in on my account and sometimes it says banned and sometimes unable to connect. I have made 2 characters but never logged ingame. I tried making a new account but it says it's banned even tho I just made it? ;O

My account name is Cyriela, I have tried doing all reinstall game etc. But it says can't connect. And sometimes it says account is closed. I have never played any characters and I tried making new accounts but they don't work either. I got to character selection last time I checked the game, but I didn't play then.
