Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hi all,
Im running on a lenovo yoga 2 pro, but sadly, when I start the game, my mouse and touchpad are nor responding Everything else works, and I can give commands and click NPCs with the touchscreen, but its obviously pretty clunky.

I tried turning of the touch screen in the device manager, but then I cant properly start the game...
Anyone have any idea how to fix it?

Update: It appears that my mouse is in fact working, i just cant see the cursor. The cursor seems to be stuck in one position.

Try disabling all addons and see if the mouse works. Generally the culprit behind UI problems is a malfunctioning addon.

I'm having the same issue and also running the game on a Lenovo touch screen laptop. I have no addons installed and my retail version of WoW and its addons have been deleted.

A couple of ideas worth looking at.
