Unable to connect to Nostalrius

Account unable to connect, but I can connect on a new account. Level 40 and im totally not going to start over again just because the account is randomly "locked". Please fix this immediately. Account name alexisonfire, I got everything to prove it is my account.

Account alexisonfire has not been banned. Accounts get locked if you type in the wrong password too many times inside a short period of time. Wait 15 minutes and try again. If this happens to you often, make sure that no-one else could be trying to access your account.

Ofcourse it is banned, why would it otherwise say Unable to connect instead of Account information bla bla is wrong? I know exactly what my account name and pw is and it still says Unable to connect

and how am i supposed to make sure that no one is trying to access my account since this god forsaken server doesnt have any password changing system

theres lot of ppl with the same issue - u know the password but still says unable to connect. and you cant do jack about it. nice server u got there

first of all, I understand that you're frustrated but making snarky comments won't help anyone - we are not paid customer service employees but unpaid volunteers. Secondly, by making sure that no-one else is trying to access your account I meant that checking your virus scanner/Malwarebytes or similar programs to see if there is anything untoward in your PC. Thirdly, have you shared your account information with anyone - a brother, a girlfriend, a guildmate, a friend in LAN party or something like that? If someone else has repeatedly tried to access your account with a wrong password, your account would get temporarily locked. Similarly, two connections to the same account are not possible which could be a source of login issues and/or disconnects. Fourthly, I can assure you that your account hasn't been banned and if you do not believe me, I'm not sure what I can tell you. Fifthly, there are multiple reasons why you could have connectivity issues - your modem/router, your ISP, a 3rd party server between your ISP and Nostalrius or ultimately our login server.
Have you tried the steps in this thread:

Is the error message always exactly the same or does it vary?

Because if you type the wrong password that's what it says here...

Havent shared any information. It says unable to connect everytime, except if I spam wrong password multiple times it gets locked with different error message, obviously.

1900ms takes 25seconds to cast 1 flash of light for the past hour, net is fine, every other game ive pinged looked fine, it was only nostalrius that was lagging me. other people experienced 1-2s delay but nowhere near as bad as me.
