Hovering over Quest-NPCs doenst give the usual ! - icon on the mouse, instead it gives a chat bubble with a tiny triangle. On clicking the NPC and clicking on the available quest one receives this image:

How to solve this? I have tried relogging alt-tabbing. Nothing worked. At one point it worked (again) but I couldnt recreate that scenario yet.
Who can help here pls?
EDIT: ok I could. It seems to be remaining alt-tabbed out long enough, quests can be accepted again.
Strange... no not really. I dont get it
EDIT2: I cant believe I could not remember this. You have to let the quest-text unfold and then you can accept it... rofl. Been a while.
