Account glitched/banned?

I was running around in stormwind when my game client glitched and would not let me control the character anymore. I left for a couple minutes to see if it would return to normal, when I came back I had been disconnected and cannot re-logon to my account. I have tried the steps in the stickied posts to no avail. Maybe a moderator saw me and thought I was a bot and banned me? My account name is charlesgrasse. Thank you in advance for your help!

Greetings,
The mentioned account isn't banned and has never been.
Make sure the realm you're loggin' into is the normal realm, Nostalrius Begins and not the test realms. The test realms will give you a disconnect everytime you try to log in, so when you log in, hit "Esc" button fast afterwards you get the "Success" message and you'll be able to choose the normal realm again.
