So much lag its basically not playable..

I have been playing on the server for a couple of weeks now and it was great until the past week.. I'm level 43 and love the server but im getting lag spikes that bad its not even enjoyable to play.. some areas seems okay but in instances for example uldaman.. the game freezes for a good 5 seconds at times and abilities don't register..
A lot of people have mentioned lag and similar problems in my guild etc but i see no posts on here about it which is a shock.

Is this just a problem i am having or is it server side? A lot of the time i have green ms, even as low as 20 but i still get this.

I lag sometimes a bit , just that minor delay which annoys you but still even then it is playable, but those freezes of 5 sec u mentioned i have never experianced on this server. Most of times its fine for me .
