Unable to open game due to graphics error. Please help!

Could someone please help me with the following Graphic error msg I get when I try to open the game?
"World of Warcraf was unable to start up 3D acceleration. Please make sure DirectX 9.0c is installed and your video drivers are up-to-date."
I have looked at the other post that is semi-related to this, but is not helping me out. I have downloaded directX 9.0c onto my computer, but it is still not working. Do I have to download directX to a certain location?

I am using Windows 7 and have a NVIDA GeForce GT 555M. The driver is up-to-date. I see on another post to go into the advanced options window, but there isn't an advanced options window available when I open the GeForce graphics card interface. Any help is appreciated.

When I tried to add that code line in and save it it says "Access is denied" I don't know how to override that. How do I obtain permission to save in that location?
