Biggest culprit is Polymorph on an intercept. I realize ping may be partially an issue, but 110ms isn't horrid...
This should still interrupt the cast. I've heard from multiple Paladins as well that their HoJ still results in them being sheeped as well.
Fear should also interrupt casting, yet Intimidating Shout does not.
