[BUGS]? Plagued lands and murkdeep

I am currently lvl 14 and I think that it should appear for me but the "WANTED:MURKDEEP" quest does not appear for me outside the inn in darkshore to accept.Also the quest plagued lands does not work, i can't trap the bear. whenever i try to put down the trap it says:interrupted.

P.S:the quests might be working as intended and I might be the one at fault not doing something right but I think it's worth a look if it is indeed a bug.Ty.

the WANTED: MURKDEEP quest does indeed require you to be higher than that.

The Plaguelands bear quest also works. The easiest way is to pull a rabid bear, wait for it to be in melee range, then put down the trap.
